Nick hunted one down for me and delivered it late afternoon that day. When he arrived it turned out that my bed was an Eastern King and I had ordered the wrong size. Nick took them back and returned an hour later with he correct one. He was so helpful. I highly recommend the company to anyone who want great products and wonderful service
