  Beware! Unprofessional and will waste your time. I scheduled these guys for a home inspection for a home purchase. Got a call a few hours before inspection letting me know that they will not be showing up at all and wanted me to reschedule days later. Anyone in the middle of two escrows does not have the luxury of time. They said they tried to get someone from their Sacramento office but to no avail. When you hire a large company who has employees who could care less about their customers this is what you get. Do yourself a favor and save the headache and call anyone else but Twin Termite.
